Private Sessions
Private sessions are ideal for those new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, pre or postpartum, or anyone seeking personalized guidance before joining group classes. They’re also perfect for individuals focused on improving form, technique, and overall body awareness.
We offer individual and semi-private sessions (2+ participants) at both our main and annex studios.
Private sessions are available in 45- or 55-minute durations for individuals, and 55- minute durations for semi-privates.
Additionally, we offer limited private yoga sessions based on availability.
Group Classes
Whether you’re interested in Pilates, barre or yoga, we have various group classes suitable for all levels. All group classes are 45-minutes long.
Most of our group classes are held at our main studio (78 Main St.), with the exception of our Equipment Circuit Pilates, which is held at our annex studio (72A Main St.).
