For over 20 years, Pilates Tiburon Firon Fitness has been dedicated to high-quality Pilates instruction. Now, with Barre and Yoga added to our offerings, we provide something for every body and every level—whether in group classes, semi-privates, or one-on-one sessions.

Pilates

  • Feel the burn in a contemporary reformer-based workout for your whole body. A studio favorite! Suitable for all levels.

    If you are new to Pilates, we recommend taking 1 or more private sessions to learn the machines and fundamentals of the practice.

  • Blast off with a reformer class packed with the cardio jumpboard and a full-body workout to up-beat music! Get a full fat burning and strengthening session in to start your day!

    We use the jumpboard on the reformer to incorporate several jumping sets throughout the class.  This class is only suitable for clients who do not have any major knee, ankle, or foot injuries that prevent sustained jumping.

  • Ready to get your sweat and shake on? Then this class is for you! Enjoy a reformer class with the challenge level turned up, this is our most advanced class.

  • This advanced and upbeat 45min class is limited to 4 clients only. We will move through exercises on the Reformer including JumpBoard, the Cadillac and the Chair. This is an advanced Pilates class and only suitable for highly experienced clients who have taken at least 5 Pilates classes and do not have any major injuries.

  • This fun 45 minute group class incorporates exercises specifically designed to combat bone density loss while improving core strength, balance and postural alignment. All exercises are safe for those with osteopenia and osteoporosis.

Yoga

  • This mat-based class incorporates breath and movement to create an environment that will help reduce stress and increase balance in the body and mind. 

  • A mat-based 75 minute class, 45 minutes of fun, playful flow and 30 minutes of deep stretching and relaxation. Transition into the weekend or workweek fully present and restored.

Barre

  • This class will work your muscles head to toe while improving your balance and cardiovascular strength. Set to upbeat music, you will have a blast while you shake and burn. You will leave this class feeling accomplished and energized for the rest of your day!! (no dance experience needed). Floor mats are provided.
