Meet Paige

Paige fell in love with Pilates in 2021 after moving back to San Francisco from Berlin. The intentional movement resonated with her, and the presence and strength she began to feel in her body were something she’d never experienced before.

She decided this was something she wanted to share with the community and completed her 300+ hour comprehensive training for Mat, Reformer, Tower and Chair through Mighty Pilates. Paige emphasizes mind-body connection in her classes — focusing on breath and form.
