Meet Gillian

Gillian was introduced to fitness at an early age and has spent the past 30 years exploring dance, yoga, team sports, weight training, and more. All these different modalities led her to discover a love for anatomy and cultivate a physical fitness practice that feels both challenging and sustainable. She was introduced to Pilates in 2009 and has loved it ever since! In 2013 Gillian became a yoga instructor, and enjoys crafting classes that combine unique movement and intelligent alignment.

Gillian is excited to join Firon as the Studio Manager and bring 16 years of studio operations knowledge into such a beautiful space and community! She can't wait to greet you all at the door and help guide you to finding your most fulfilling experience here in the studio.
